We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, most items may be returned within 60 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

*Do you have a wig return?

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied and must return your wig for an exchange or refund, you may do so within 60 days of the invoice date. Please include all the original packaging. Refunds will incur a restocking fee of 20% of the retail price which will be deducted from your refund amount. Wigs cannot be returned if they are cut, taped, glued or altered in any way.
